Honestly, I could not have asked for a better way to celebrate my Gertrude Streetscape etching than with Aesop Smith Street Fitzroy. Doug Moran National Portrait Prize Semi Finalist
Absolutely gobsmacked at this achievement, and incredibly confused at the same time. Who would have thought a horrifying life changing event could bring so much reward. Nevertheless, I'm going with it and am stoked to be considered for semi finalist. The Greek Australian Cultural League of Melbourne (GACLM) Antipodean Palette 2013
... and I'm participating, again! This time with two posters I prepared for The Santorini Biennale of Arts, a fabulous competition calling for posters with the theme, Design A Wish for Greece. Sadly it was dumped without explanation (or refunds) and the lovely Vasy Petros coordinating the Antipodean Palette exhibition asked if I'd exhibit the prematurely retired entries.
